Shipping Rates & Costs

• Free shipping is available.

• For international orders, shipping costs vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (within India): Delivery in 5-7 business days.

• Express Shipping (within India): Delivery in 2-3 business days for an additional Rs. 25.

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from order confirmation.

Shipping Restrictions

• Currently, we ship only within India and select international countries listed at checkout.

• We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its status until delivery.

Missing or Lost Packages

• If your package is lost or not delivered within the estimated time, please contact our customer support within 7 days for assistance.

International Shipping & Duties

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
